Information Architect? Who would be me. Programmer? Graphic Designer? Oh, that would be me. And the person you are sure that the words and images fit the Web medium? Me again.

I wanted some advice on best practices for (a) to record decisions (and reasons why these people) and (b) highlight the implications of these decisions (reasons) to work in the future. I was pretty surprised we did not discuss much about it to see how the document (b), which my experience is usually a big hole in the documentation.

addition, the processes I use are much more agile than the book covers not know how to describe the evolution of agile methods document. It’s a shame because I think more and more developers move in this direction
